1. Scope
Plane Spotting Stream Automation is a privately operated tool used by Rendered Studios to prepare and manage its own YouTube live broadcasts. It is not a public software service, marketplace, or consumer account platform.
2. Authorized use
The application may be used only by the operator and only with Google and YouTube accounts the operator is authorized to control. It must not be used to access another person’s channel, evade platform rules, interfere with YouTube services, or conduct unlawful activity.
3. Google and YouTube services
Use of the application also remains subject to applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies, API requirements, quotas, and service availability. Plane Spotting Stream Automation is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or YouTube.
4. Broadcast content
The operator remains responsible for broadcast content, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, visibility, music, footage, and compliance with platform and legal requirements. Automation does not transfer that responsibility to any third party.
5. Availability and changes
The utility may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time. Features can depend on local software, network access, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Google APIs, YouTube, and other independently operated services that may change without notice.
6. No warranty
The application is provided for the operator’s internal use on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that a broadcast will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every scheduled time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform outages, authorization failures, data-feed errors, software changes, or other circumstances outside the application’s reasonable control.
8. Privacy and contact
Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy linked on this site. Questions about these terms may be sent through the support contact displayed on the Google OAuth authorization screen.
