1. Who operates this application
Plane Spotting Stream Automation is a private production utility operated by Rendered Studios. The application is used by a single authorized channel owner and is not offered for public registration. Endless Layover is the operator-owned domain used to publish this information.
2. Google and YouTube data we access
After the operator grants permission, the application may access the YouTube channel identity and the broadcast, video, thumbnail, stream, status, and Live Redirect information needed to manage that channel’s live broadcasts. It also receives OAuth authorization credentials so it can perform approved actions without requiring a new sign-in at every scheduled broadcast boundary.
The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, payment information, or unrelated Google services.
3. How we use that data
Authorized data is used only to:
- confirm that the signed-in account controls the intended YouTube channel;
- create, schedule, bind, update, and monitor live broadcasts;
- set broadcast metadata, visibility, thumbnails, and channel-safe production settings;
- coordinate stream handoffs and Live Redirect destinations; and
- detect authorization or broadcast failures so the operator can intervene.
4. Storage and retention
OAuth credentials, broadcast identifiers, scheduling state, and operational logs are stored locally on the operator’s secured Windows production computer. The application does not maintain a public user database or upload these credentials to an independent application server.
Local credentials and production state are retained only while needed to operate the channel or satisfy troubleshooting and audit needs. They may be deleted when the application is retired or authorization is revoked.
5. Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is sent to Google and YouTube only as necessary to perform the actions authorized by the operator. It is not sold, rented, used for targeted advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the operator’s account and systems.
6. Security
Access is limited to the operator’s local production environment. Credentials are not intentionally included in broadcasts, public web pages, source repositories, or viewer-facing overlays. No method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used to limit unauthorized access.
7. Your choices and revocation
The operator can revoke the application’s access at any time from the Google Account security settings under third-party connections. Revocation prevents future authorized YouTube API requests. The operator may also remove locally stored authorization credentials and production records from the production computer.
8. Children’s privacy
This production utility is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the application’s functionality or data practices change. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page. Privacy questions may be sent to the operator through the support contact displayed on the Google OAuth authorization screen.
